As a waterproof and fireproof decorative board, aluminum plastic board can be used for interior decoration, exterior wall engineering, etc. The application fields are different, and the installation methods of aluminum plastic board are also different.
Indoor aluminum plastic board
There are many ways to fix indoor aluminum plastic board, which are commonly used by aluminum plastic board manufacturers in a total of three:
a.Plywood bottom installation
The aluminum plastic board is 2~3mm thick, which is suitable for rough room walls and uneven walls.
(1) Using 9MM plywood to flatten the entire wall;
(2) According to the product size and collage pattern, cut the aluminum-plastic board size;
(3) Using a spray gun to uniformly spray the adhesive on the surface of the wood board and the back of the aluminum board;
(4)According to the arranged patterns, the aluminum sheets sprayed with glue are glued on the base of the board one by one;
(5) cover the edge with glass glue and aluminum decorative edge strips;
(6) remove the protective film after the adhesive is firm.
b.Cement wall installation
The aluminum plastic plate is 2~3mm thick, which is suitable for the cement wall that is relatively flat or the wall that has been leveled before
(1) Measure the size of the wall, and then cut the aluminum plastic plate according to the design drawings;
(2) arrange aluminum alloy position on the wall;
(3) Use the trimming knife to repair the groove at the edge of the aluminum plastic plate, and pay attention not to break through the bottom aluminum;
(4) The aluminum plate and aluminum alloy shall be tightened and consolidated with the pull-out screw.
(5) Edge sealing with stainless steel or aluminum alloy receiving strip.
c.It can also be glued directly on the wall with structural glue or nailless glue, and then decorated with glass glue and decorative trim.
2.Curtain wall aluminum composite panel
a.For curtain wall aluminum plastic plate engineering, it is usually fixed by dry hanging method.
Specific fixing methods are as follows:
(1) aluminum plastic plate with slot machine, slot molding
(2) Use aluminum profiles and iron frames as scaffolds to build stable and strong skeletons.
(3) Aluminium plastic plates are fixed by screws. Generally, aluminum thickness should not be too thin.
Note: if the wall is porous, aluminum alloy can be used as the base material and be tiled.
b.Relevant requirements for fixed curtain wall aluminum plastic panel
(1) the panel plate of the aluminum plastic curtain wall can be fixed on the beam or pillar with bolts, pressure plates or hooks, and the hook connection can be fixed on the beam or pillar along both sides. The diameter of the fixed bolt should not be less than 4mm, and the number of bolts should be determined according to the wind load and seismic action of the plate. The hook should be provided with anti-noise spacer.
(2) Current national standard aluminum alloy materials or steel. Rivets or anchor bolts used for fasteners or corner codes connected to panels shall be made of stainless steel, and the diameter and quantity of rivets, screws or bolts shall be determined by calculation. The distance from the center of the rivet, screw or bolt hole to the edge of the plate should not be less than 2 times of the hole diameter, and the center of the hole should not be less than 3 times of the hole diameter.
